NOT ON MY WATCH is a social enterprise run by black Australian immigrants. Our goal is to give individuals, schools and businesses the skills to put an end to discrimination and racism. We are not for profit which means that we are here to benefit our communities and empower the marginalised members of our communities through transfering some of the skills and expereinces of migrants to actionable change. Our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging courses are designed specifically to support your organsiations inclusion journey.
We are passionate about ensuring people are treated equally and believe we can make Australia a better place through our innovative and tailored workshops.
Our program coordinators have walked the walk and are equipped with the knowledge, skills and professionalism to begin the discussion about diversity, inclusion, personal responsibility and mateship at your workplace.

Our sole purpose is to benefit our community by changing the narrative one school/ organisation/industry at a time. We empower black migrants and refugees to use their transferrable skills to empower their communities.
