NOT ON MY WATCH acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the lands where we work, live and play. NOT ON MY WATCH is a NOT FOR PROFIT committed to fostering a world where diversity is celebrated, inclusion is the norm, and every individual’s voice is heard. We are a dedicated team of migrant and refugee women who have personally experienced the challenges of navigating workplaces that lacked true inclusivity. Our collective passion for change has brought us together to create a service like no other. Our goal is to give individuals, schools and businesses the skills to put an end to discrimination and racism. And because we are not for profit you can trust that we occupy this space for the purpose of empowering you and our people. Our tailored Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging courses are designed specifically to support your organsiations inclusion journey.

Our sole purpose is to benefit our community by changing the narrative one school/ organisation/industry at a time. We empower migrants and refugees to use their transferrable skills to empower their communities.
