We are a dedicated team of migrant and refugee women who have personally experienced the challenges of navigating workplaces that lacked true inclusivity. Our collective passion for change has brought us together to create a service like no other. Our goal is to give individuals, schools and businesses the skills to put an end to discrimination and racism. And because we are not for profit you can trust that we occupy this space for the purpose of empowering you and our people. Our tailored Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging courses are designed specifically to support your organsiations inclusion journey.
