Acknowledgement of Country

We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the lands where we work and live.  We celebrate the diversity of Aboriginal peoples and their ongoing cultures and connections to the lands and waters of NSW. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging and acknowledge our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander brothers and sisters who’s fight for equity persists.

Welcome!

NOT ON MY WATCH is a not-for-profit organisation run by black Australian women. Our aim is to give individuals, schools and businesses the skills to put an end to discrimination and racism.

We are passionate about ensuring people are treated equally and believe we can make Australia a better place through our innovative and tailored workshops.

Our program coordinators have walked the walk and are equipped with the knowledge, skills and professionalism to begin the discussion about diversity, inclusion, personal responsibility and mateship at your workplace.
